This excellent 1971 chevy Truck has 90,436 actual miles and except for the last four months it has been in the same family since it was sold new. In June of 2003 the factory 350 was pulled out and a fresh built 350 was installed (mileage was 89,512) at that time. The new motor was purchased at a classic car swap meet. It has double hump cast heads, an aluminum intake, the cam is a .453lift/ 230 duration @.50. The alumicoated headers and dual exhaust sounds awesome. Nice crisp idle with a good cam lope. The suspension was lowered 2" with drop spindles and blocks, wide aluminum wheels were added with new raised letter fat tires 15". The front aframe bushings wrer replaced and it was completely detailied and painted under the hood. The turbo 350 was rebuilt with a hardened sprag gear, shift kit and a new torque convertor. When you accelerate lightly it will churp the tires from first to second gear. It has a fresh K&N filter, new water pump, fuel pump etc. The miles on the new motor and transmission is 924. The stock gearing was left to keep it right on the highway. You will like this truck!

This truck has a few cosmetic flaws but overall in a really excellent truck for 35 years old.

The body is straight, the glass is clean and good. It was repainted 5 years ago, the paint looks good it is not show quality paint. It has some orange peel. The Chrome bumpers are in good shape. It has a spray in bedliner in the rear. On the passenger door there is some minor surface rust, the floorboards are rust free.

The bench seat has been recovered with original type vinyl and is in excellent condition. The dash pad, door panels and headliner are in excellent origional condition. The original owners manual is in the glove box and the data sheet is attached to the glove box door (inside). The steering wheel has been changed to a newer style. The paint on the inside of the cab is original and is rubbed through in a few places. You can't see it in the pictures.
